I was married on New Providence Island in 1997. We stayed on the south side at the Divi Bahamas (it's now Ramada South Ocean) away from the "civilized" north side. Basically had our own private beach.

i LOVE the bahamas. ive been there twice so far and it is absolutely gorgeous. i wish i could have spent more time there. ive been to Nassau and some other island. The water there is like glass, you can see right through to the bottom.
