what areas are you looking to get into? Do you have any programming experience? When I started I didn't have a degree either (still in progress, albeit a bit late) but I had ~5 years of web development experience between my previous job and self-taught stuff. Just goes to show you that experience > degree (in most cases, it's getting your foot in the door that's hard)

I mostly agree with your rankings... IMO 8K is better than PHO 3. But yeah, PHO 4 is awesome... and no more DC office (no more lobbyists since we're under conservatorship)
