My +1's company (headquarters at Tysons, but most work offsite) has quite a few openings, also. He was asking me the other day if I know of anyone looking. I may be able to post a list of openings next week when I get back to town. Stable and very successful consulting firm in science, technology and engineering. I'll check about entry-level jobs. A security clearance is always a plus.

A Tech Analyst is generally a developer, we mainly deal with J2EE (Java) development but other areas are in need of developers other than java.
I'm not in HR so don't take anything I say as fact but in my experience, degrees don't really matter but experience does more... an ideal analyst candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience...
