Thumbs up Issue with Cluster

i have a AP2 cluster and the clock button doesn't respond. Initially it did start to blink but now it doesn't do jack. I never really use the clock button unless i'm adjusting +/- 1hour. Any of you guys facing the same issue? It's not too big of an issue but it bothers the heck out of me. I guess I can just wait until the next daylite-savings.

Are you holding the clock button for at least a few seconds?

Not sure if the battery thing will work. My car had a dead battery for a few months while I was deployed. After installing it, the time was still dead on. The clock may have it's own little battery built into the cluster.

The cluster does not have its own battery, its powered via constant power. When you swap the clusters into other cars, you have to feed the cluster with a constant 12v connection to retain the time. If not, the time resets itself every time you turn on the car.

so i came to the conclusion, either get a new cluster that works or just live with the +1 hour time for a few months.
