Really isn't too hard to do that yourself - all you need to do is figure out what resistors/leds you need based off 12V and then aim the LED's updates at the etching. The rest will work itself out.

Joey used to sell them via his website (http://www.js2k.com/). I just looked and they aren't listed anymore. He used to sell OEM and 7/8's sized ones with custom etching for cheap. Maybe you can contact him to see if he'll sell you an LED-lighted windscreen.
He has a thread in the vendor section. https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=806431

w1ngman's is one of my versions (an older one with a control box, if memory serves)... I still sell it on my website, but I'm slowly moving away from LED-based stuff. There's no longer any worthwhile money in it (not that there was much to begin with, mind you), and my time is better spent running my laser engraver, CNC router, etc. Two lighting modules is around $90, user-selectable color, brake light, turn signal, reverse light, etc. etc. All done via self-install.

I'll probably close the LED business altogether by the end of 2011.
