You must have at least Comp/Coll to for your insurance to pay out. But the At fault partys insurance will/should pay out. Yes, H King is right your insurance will not go up that is a NAF claim.

You don't call your insurance, you shouldn't have to... Call theirs and get each one to come look at your car. It's their responsibility to caver ALL the damages... Honestly Id saw you were pretty lucky! If you weren't their either time, you probably would be paying for all repairs yourself.
