So they put it on your record and give it to the insurance company upon request. I think that they do not send it unless there are points. If they, do this only proves that Maryland>Virginia.
how? don't they send it in MD if there are points as well?

actually. I do use my turn signals 100% of the time. It feels odd without turning them on before I turn.

Just like how it feels weird moving in a car without having my seatbelt on.

I guess it's just the way that you learn how to drive.
I have driven behind cow and I saw him on July 4th, 2007 at 2:30pm in the afternoon, not signal a lane change.

IIRC, Maryland does not report it unless you get points. This is the reason traffic cameras do not assess points with their tickets. However, I have been wrong before.

I might have misunderstood. Maybe Dylan should clean this up?

Zeke now that's a lie. Because I remember using it to tell you that I was changing the lane.

Man if you came in here ranting and owning up to your mistakes things would be different. Instead you come in saying the cop shouldnt have pulled you over? Deal with it, It irks me because I get pulled over all the f**kin time and not once would I blame it on the officer nor come in here saying how bad cops are for DOING THEIR JOBS.

Jason never uses blinkers, it just looks like he does cuz he has yellow
