Most likely I will get a HT. Its just worth it.
Your insurance company could settle with you (for expediency) but may choose to subrogate with the complex's insurance. I'd put a claim in and see how the complex's insurance handles it. If they aren't moving along fast enough, you can always get your insurance company to move things along.

Good Luck!

I actually noticed that as well and thought it was funny.

Ouch. Sorry to hear. You may find it hard to get a new OEM hardtop. There are supply issues and they are no longer being sold, as of now. On the other hand, the blue softop would look pretty cool also.

Get a CR ht and have it painted? Or black.ht on silver car, not bad.

Those aren't available either. At least not on handaaccessories and hardtopguy.com.

You'll probably have to take whatever color you can find. The OEM tops seem to be hard to come by now. I had to get mine painted when I bought it.

On another note, is your Amuse lip real?

As if the stock antenna doesnt look bad enough this joker goes for a bigger and better 70's Winnabago antenna

All jokes aside that is fuxked up I would contact the building first then insurance which should cover it.

They will probably give you money to pay for a new soft top ($1200) + the price to replace/install it

I would suggest finding someone on here selling there glass window soft top for a good price an use the rest of the money to go towards a hardtop its always good to have especially for the winter months

I was able to upgrade my '00 plastic rear window soft top to a '06 soft top for $480 shipped via greyhound from a member

If Penguinsintuxedos aka Mike still has his AP2 softop and assembly I would say buy his since he's local (MD)
