How do I remove VA windshield stickers?

How do I remove VA windshield stickers?
So I bought a used car that was from VA and it still has all the VA window stickers. Anyone know what I can use that will the the stickers off without making a mess?
that is what I had to do

Denatured alcohol also works well. 
I would recommend that you avoid a product called Goof-Off because it tends to melt plastic. It will destroy your dash if you are not SUPER careful with it.
