Dan : how about you list here where(which shop) you fixed it? and what they did to fix it? ....so if anyone is searching in the future with a similar problem, there is some helpful info.

Went to Royal glass in Beltsville. They just took the seal out and put a new one in as far as i know. Other shops had said they can't do it, so that's why i put this thread up. but they happened to be able to do it.
