The Chaser tops have a terrible reputation for fitment... good luck.
This. Is it new, or has it previously been fitted to a car?

A lot of people stopped dealing with Chaser because of their fitment problems. Good luck. Hopefully, Cory can help you out.

The first two or three years had smaller front strikers that didn't quite fit the hardtop latches snug, so they would rattle.

I used to have one and I went to a lot of pain to get it on good enough. What I did was bought the Izzy top bracket to replace the OEM latches and strikers because they will never fit right. Then for the side bracket I went to ACE Hardware got me bigger allen head bolts that fits better in the bottom bracket nut. Bought some rubber orings and plastic washers and put them in between the allen head bolts to prevent the bracket from squeaking and rattling. Also I bought a lot foam tapes that I strategically placed all around the mating surfaces of the Hardtop to prevent air from getting in and stop whistling while at cruise speed.

Good luck with your fix man.

Edit: Oh, I forgot to mentioned that the window hits the top part of the HT so I have to sand paper that part too. I know there is more that I did that I forgot already. Like what I said, a lot of pain. By the time I sold it, it was perfect already but I'm done with it.
