Has anything been done about this? The seats should have numbers on them from the factory. I'm sure you can trace those numbers down and see what belongs to who.
Why not organize to "buy" multiple pairs of seats and then just come up with some people and take them.

^^that's what i was thinking. just say you and some friends are going to get the seats and pay $$, but when you get there, just put them in your car and dont pay

no but seriously, you meet them somewhere then have some more people come up and just say you are stealing the seats back. No guns, no violence. They're not gonna call the cops and tell them someone stole their friends' S2000 seats because obviously they have no friends with S2000 seats or records that they bought these seats.
Nice and easy, and several people can schedule these meets at the same time so even if it was a group doing this they would have no time to communicate.
