Yeah Olney definitely blows, but I'm only here temporarily. I am moving back to the Pittsburgh area in July. Why not powdercoat the stock wheels? Not like I had plans of doing that, but you sound like you are speaking from experience.. I will try Tempest and Inline Pro and see what I can get worked out. Thanks for all the help guys.

I speak from experience with black wheels. Stolen right out in front of my house.

As far as shops go...
INLINE - Good for FI setups and built motors, Tuning
ISP - FI, Built motors, some bolt ons, Tuning.
JE Performance in Baltimore is good with bolt ons, built motors, and some FI
No Experience with Tempest but have heard decent things.
Evolution in VA is good for wheels and bolt ons
It all depends on what your looking for
