Not sure about a buying experience with them, but I have used their service a couple of times at thier center on York Road in Towson. I had three oil changes done there and each time the price was different with no explanation. I had some somewhat major warranty work done where they had the car for several days. Repair was done fine, but car came back covered in grease both inside and out. Left messages for two managers and never got a call back and never went back to them.
I just think they have very little customer focus when it comes to service and everytime I brought my car there they looked at it like it was something they had never seen before. Even had a guy there once tell me that he's never seen one in the two years he had been there. Not good for gaining my vote of confidence with the dealer.

Maybe just the one on York Road then. My last boss has the Honda van and had a lot of issues with service at the one on York too.
Nice that the other one took such good care of your issue. That's awesome.

as an alternative, you may want to check out costco's car buying program if you haven't done so already. costco acts as the middle person and you end up with a no haggle price. it's generally close to invoice. and that'll be crucial since fit's are in high demand at the moment. costco may have updated their policy or whatnot so you may want to go check out their website. good luck.
Also Brian, I would NEVER go back to Heratige. I took my S there shortly after I purchased it for an oil change only to witness them abusing my car in the parking lot. I was across the street grabbing a bit to eat and I saw the porter hot doggin it in the parking lot top down in 40 degree weather (I drove it in with the top up). I then witnessed the service guy bringing the car out, in the process kicked it sideways and tached it out in the parking lot (enough to see the rear end torque and the front end raise like it was on a full throttle pull). I got the car back with oil spilled on the valve cover, none of the other stuff done (washer fluid was bone dry). etc. Horrible expereience, I went back and had a few kind words with the manager, he offered my 30k service free of charge for the trouble and fired both people involved. I told him to his face that no amount of money or free stuff could bring me back there and I would be filing a report with the BBB, which I did.
Cliff notes: NEVER go to Heratige.

I think UBS is offering $100 off from MSRP on Fits. Costo's program excludes Fits at all.
If you want to test drive the Fit, PM me. I believe we have the only Fit in the DC area for test drives. It's a Sport with A/T.
