do you have to set the reservation for the place by march 15? or do you have to be in and out by march 15?

Hey guys, i current am in the process of booking one week for a fellow s2k user for a resort in MA. I still have 1 week left.
The order of what i am looking for is this:
easy transaction. basically, if you know right off which resort, and i let you know which dates, it is a done deal.
I would like people to use most of the 7 days, if possible. If that is not possible, it will go to the next person that is on the list.
I would rather give this timeshare to a mid-atlantic member 1st, but if i can't find one that will take full advantage of it, it goes to whomever wants to buy me stuff for this vacation... ie.. i do need a turbo.. hehe

Ok guys.. i lied.... it is not a no-strings attached deal. i just found out that in order for me to exchange out of my current place, for another, they charge you 149 and to issue certificate, it is 39. so the cost is 180. so, the only thing i am asking for is the 180. since, well.. i don't want to pay for your vacation.. but anything above that amount is up to you... i don't care...
Lil Raja, the only place in NOVA is Bayse.. for Bryce mountain resorts. for march 5th or 7th.

ok guys, time is coming up fast.. i got rid of one, but still have another week.
for the cheap cost of $180, you get to spend 1 week at a resort at select cities... hurry and take advantage of this!!
