Saturday morning, the FRS radio channel will be 13.1. I'll have two radios in case somebody needs one. Justin and I will be at the Park HQ at 9:30am (with coffee from Tickers - thanks for the suggestion Skip). Fun starts officially at 10:00am more or less. We'll be in the back parking lot of the Park HQ. See everybody there. If you need any more information or directions, PM either me or Justin (JWN6264).

Ken/Justin, thanks for trying to put something together. Wish we could attend. If possible, I'd be interested in getting a copy of your route. I have a favorite loop, but it's very possible that I am missing some more nice sections.

Accu-weather is calling for widely scattered showers with highs in the 60s tomorrow. Ken(kgf3076) and I will talk in the morning to make a go/no-go decision. We will post here by 7:35 the decision. I think that unless it is a washout, we will go ahead with the drive.

IMPORTANT! - I found an error in the drive directions.

In the START OF DRIVE section the following line is incorrect:

Continue on Lansdowne Road to left onto Mine Road

The correct directions are:

Continue on Lansdowne Road to RIGHT onto Mine Road

I will have copies with the correct directions in the parking lot of the Visitor's Center.

Sorry you can't be here. If you can get away for lunch, you can meet us at Allman's.

I just checked the weather for Fredericksburg and there's a 30% chance of showers. That means there's a 70% chance of NO SHOWERS. Highs around 68. Sounds good to me. See everyone at the Park HQ between 9:30 and 10:00am.

I will see everyone at the Park HQ later. Everyone take it easy on the way there.

Justin
