Same here, mine launched off only doing about 70mph at back of the dragon last year. The case exploded and by some miracle after hours of searching I found my sd card and the camera was perfectly fine. I guess the door isn't a good place to mount it?

Where and how are you mounting your go pro for the cruise ??

I cant stick my suction bowl on the dash or on the secret compartment. It does not work

Its an attachment piece that came in both of packs that uses 3m tape, but Idk if it leaves a residue because I never took mine off, I would post a picture but I don't know how to on mobile site

Use the suction cup to mount it to the inside of the windshield (upside down) right under the rear view mirror. The camera has an option to flip the video so that it records right side up.

Yeah i dont think my "OLD SCHOOL" go pro has that option. I guess double sided is my last choice
