Well i have the perfect excuse for the cops IF the pull me over. I can tell them that the guy i bought the car from, had the holes covered and i am NOT going to DRILL any holes in the bumper for the stupid plate. Ill challenge the ticket and go to the court or just pay $70.

YES! My plate will be coming off at exit 31 
it will be worth $75 if they pull me over. Putting it back on the way back home though. Mo said he will
