On a second glance, that area looks big enough to pull 30 cars off to the side. We could even go through seperate gates at the plaza then just pull off once we are through. That way there's not a 30 car line for one toll booth.
Any worry that this might piss off the police? I mean, MDTA is right there...
I can't see it being a huge issue. We will be there for less than 10 minutes. By the time they see us and figure out what we are up to we will be ready to get moving again.

This is just speculation though.

I think we can pull 30 cars on the side and COPS wont mind if we stand there for less than 10mins, we are just gathering the GROUP. If the Cops say anything then we will just start moving and we can just gather AFTER the bridge.

I think we'll okay if we just stop there while everyone catches up. Flick on the hazards and we'll see what happens. Worse case scenario they tell us to keep it moving and we proceed off slowly until everyone is caught up.

We stopped there last cruise and it took all of 3 minutes to gather everyone back and continue on with 27 cars, you guys are over thinking this lol.

If you guys are that stuck on it, then I guess the hard way it is. But the way I see it, not only will we be painting a target on ourselves for the bored transit cops and probably not have enough room to get everyone to pull over there without impeding on traffic, but we're also gonna have to block traffic just to get everyone back on the road in one group.

Kent narrows bridge at exit 41 is not more than 3 or 4 minutes after the bay bridge and would be an ideal regrouping spot so we wouldn't have to clog up at the tolls. We could meet at bay area 50 like planned then regroup at kent narrows and leave there as one long line merging back onto 50. And there should be enough cars with gopros and cameras to still take good shots going over the bay.

There's still a month left to make a decision. Whichever decision is made, I'll still roll with the group but I'd be less inclined to stop after the toll and get hassled if there are transit vehicles sitting there as usual.

This is the route we would take to get under kent narrows. Red going in. Green going out. Simple you might think? Indeed.

This is how far away it is from the bay bridge.

And this is another shot of what it looks like where we would be parking.

So this is my contribution. Use it as you will.

I'm a fan of easy. I'm with simple 4wheels. I'll go with the group, but I'm not a huge fan of potentially pissing off the cops and fellow motorists. I'll do whatever, but my vote is for the Kent Narrows spot.

We are thinking too hard on all this.

We all will disperse after Exit 31, using different toll booths and meet at Exit 41 after the bay bridge. Just make sure we all have communication, through radios.

One of us, may be me, can park after the toll and make sure all cars are through. Im sure COPS wont say anything if we park ONE car after the toll.

It will be even cooler to have groups of 5-6 cars going over the bridge, rather than one straight line of 30 cars. COPS wont have any issue with that and we will have a pleasant cruise.

And this is FINAL.

HEY!!! TTHIS IS JON's CELICA!!! How do you know him! lol sorry for getting off topic I miss that car.

I'm down for whatever, I'll be chilling in the back anyways And plus, we DON't HAVE to stay in one lane for toll, we all can spread out real quick and just cruise super slow on the bridge. We will have radio person in the front and person in the back to make sure everyone got thru.

But Narrows sounds good too, We could always use quick group shot before we hit the road

Just to let you guys know though, on this same day, same time, There's also another car group (100+) cars going to OC around this area and there's high chance this bridge might be already in use. Just saying.

I think the re-group at the kent bridge is a good idea. And Moe, I'm sure I have a couple two-way radios lying around somewhere.

Plus that meeting place would be a great place for a huge group photo.

100 CARS,that is not a problem. Once we hit the road, they will all move aside, you remember what we did on H2O weekends

Well lets see what happens on that day, we will decide at Exit 31 what to do. We can have a poll that day and go from there.
