That's probably Richmond, British Colombia or Richmond, California, or even Richmond, U.K. but certainly not Richmond, VA.

that might be in the church hill or the ghetto areas of our fair city.... you know.. the part all the way down Broad St... where it starts getting dark.. and scary...
