Finally, the S is officially mine!
Well after a month later, I finally received my car title yesterday from California. I actually paid the car off in May but now I can safely say no more car payments. Both our cars are now paid off. Sorry, I just wanted to express my happiness. 
But I have a question, Since I now have a CA title, do I have to change it to a VA title or does it not matter?

If your primary residence is in the state you are currently living in (within which state is your present drivers license issued?), then legally I believe you are suppose to title it within that state (and supply to the residing state all taxes due 
).
