Will a 70mm test pipe bolt straight up to my stock header with no exhaust leaks. It's a 2005

Yup. The header has got a gasket on it where it meets the cat.

Well idk which one is should get the 63.5mm or 70mm. Any suggestions?

Are you running Boost? if not you want the smaller pipe!
