For the record, I PMed Skip and Alex about editing posts without explanation after I saw that Skip had removed the pic of himself. Anytime a Mod/CO edits another member's post, he/she needs to, at a minimum, put the reason for the edit in the posting, and it needs to be a very good reason. There was nothing in place of the pic of Skip - it was just gone. I did not realize at the time that the removal was a joke. It was not obvious until Alex put that note in his later post. In any event, everything is cool now as far as I'm concerned.
