End of lease turn in - want a K&N FIPK?
The end of my lease is here - I turn in my car next Friday 12 September.
It has a six-month-old K&N FIPK and I figure that if I don't pull it and sell it, the shop technicians will, and why not let another S2KI member use it instead?
So here's the deal. Help me and my +1 pull the K&N, put back in the OEM air box (and make it operational), plus bring us a new bottle of Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge or Navan, and it's yours.
The kit has less than 5K miles on it so it should be in excellent shape. Ideally we can do this Sunday late afternoon/evening.
Let me know if you're interested!

Di, you figured right about the techs. I know you enjoyed your S2000. I would looooove to take advantage of your offer, but I cannot commit to being available Sunday as of today. I'm sure someone will definitely take you up on the offer. I just tried to get hold of George(gfacter).

Put me on the list. Although for anytime other than sunday! (FOOTBALL!!!)
I'm volunteering for the Freedom Walk at the Pentagon Sunday morning, and Saturday I'm helping the +1 move in to my place, so that day is shot.
Tonight may be a possibility...

The car has only 28K miles on it, so the next owner will get a leased car with significantly lower mileage on it. In fact, the dealership asked if I could turn it in TODAY. I said no.
This time next year I may be living in Europe, so I'll wait to get another Alfa Romeo. But the S has been fun!

I actually cant run this in my car because of the class im in, but I know George would put this in his car.
Id like to have it around to try it, but im being selfish, someone else would be better off with it.
But if no one else bites, ill take it. But not tonight or sunday.
