Good time to buy a house. Look @ Foreclosures as well. Personally I know it's just a car but I have put too much time, $, and love into mine. Only way I would if there were not any other avenues. Think on it 4 a while bro.

Oh I will. Im not gonna go and do this tomorrow or anything. Like I said I love my S and the community that we have here. Im just trying to think big picture. A house with a BIG garage = work bench, tools, man zone.

I think you obviously have made the choice already. Or else you wouldnt be asking. But i think Navy S2K is on the money with the sacrifice. You can always come back to the S but supporting your wife is above any car. And we will still let you hang out with us. You will just have to park on the other side of Starbucks

Do you already have a 2nd car? If so then it makes sense. But if you need to buy another car to replace the S, think about whether or not you're truly saving money.

I've seen people who have sold their "expensive" car and then needed to buy another car and the end result was that they did not save nearly as much as they thought.

Yes, it is completely resonable. I think being engaged and looking for a house with your significant other is much more pressing to life than a car. Sometimes, the more real world options take precedence over the car (as much as we may hate it when that does happen, it does happen) and as much as it might suck, I would probably sell the S in favor of the house. You can always get another S2k in the future, but right now is a good time to buy a house i you can afford to do so with the real estate market so down and all (it can only go back up really lol).
