Personally, I'm waiting for a decently priced projector with a multi-LED light source (little to no fan noise, only generates the primary colors to begin with, lower power consumption for similar output) ... but that would be for indoors.
Regardless of your projector preference, if your content source is Blu-Ray using HDMI out, there may be HDCP (copyright protection) issues depending on the projector, especially if using an HDMI-to-DVI cable to a display or projector that wasn't designed with HDCP in mind. I don't have Blu-Ray, but HDCP is supported by my projector over DVI. I have used HD-DVD with it and a cable box that both require HDCP.
