Default dealership called me on hardtop?

I just got off the phone with someone from West Broad Honda, the dealership where i purchased my car. They said that they heard i was interested in a hardtop from a fellow owner.

WHO WAS THAT PERSON!!!

second, they offered me a price of 2200 for the hardtop, but since mine is a 2002, i would need to purchase the defrost kit, which he said is aroud 160.

is this a good deal?

Now is probably not the best time to get a hardtop, since it is freakn warm outside, but if it is a good deal, i would jump at it.

Plus, anyone that want one, can go to west broad.

That's almost a too good to be true deal. Normally the cost is closer to $3,000.

I have a hardtop for my S and if you like the deal go for it, because you will wish you had one in the winter.
It seeems like a good price... I paid 2800 (in the deal w/ car).

WHAT???
A 2002 is the easiest installation to do!
The electric switch is already in the dash and the wires are already run to the rear of the car because of the glass rear window.
What is a defrost kit???

Keep in mind I have a 2002 and I have the hardtop. I got mine for $2,495 and I refused to pay for installation or shipping.

West Broad Honda called me also, Im going to go and talk to them about it... maybe we can come to a reasonable deal. Their current offer installed (installation was quoted at 8 hours at nearly $475) with the kits my 2001 needs, about $3000. That is a bit steep.

We'll see.

Laz

PS. I think they are just calling everyone they have serviced with an S2000.
