Clutch Job

I work at a repair shop, and we don't charge that much.

Under $500 is right. I have done at least 35 S2000 clutches. And probably hundreds of other cars. With a lift and the right tools its a 4-5 hour job.

I paid around $400 for a clutch job on my Evo, and that included changing out the tranny fluid, but for some reason I keep thinking it's more expensive for the S2000.
Here is the thing. The clutch feels mushy, and the engagement point is very low, but the clutch isn't slipping at all. At this point, I'm thinking the clutch master/slave cylinder might be leaking or it just needs to be bleed out or the pedal itself needs adjustment. The clutch pedal wasn't springy for a bit of time (it wouldn't pop up fast enough).
I mean, almost 80k miles and I think the last time it got tranny work done (fluid, etc) was back in 30k miles.
I'm doing some searches. I know in Evo, when the clutch starts to slip, all goes to hell in a hand basket in few days. I don't know how fast the clutch starts to go on S2000.

Not my picture above, but it looks the same but darker, like my soul. Not the clutch.
I'll go get my clutch fluid flush and replace. $70 or so.
