haha.... don't worry alex.. i'm not worried... i just wanted to understand what went wrong since i didn't want the impression to go around saying that Verizon doesn't care if you are happy or not, just as long as you fork over money for newer phones.

yeah, i would have loved to be your sales rep for this one sale. did you pick up any accessories? i'm sure they tried to sell you that.

hmmm

which one of verizon's phones currently has the best battery life (talk time), voice quality and signal reception?

I think i'm switching to verizon next week.

the best battery /reception / voice quality?

I would say the Motorola 710. the best PHONE. the worst Camera Phone.

If you want to receive basically anywhere, this phone is for you. They actually dropped the price down from $300 to under $100 this past week. I would seriously pick this sucker up. The downside, is that it is a pretty large phone.

The Motorola V710 is a phone and a whole lot more. Featuring an integrated 1.2 megapixel camera, video capture, playback and messaging to any email address, and Mobile Web 2.0, it's a phone that is designed for the way you live. And with Bluetooth
