Good job Bill! From the few events I attended last year, Peter is a hell of a driver to keep up with.

Pete IS the driver we all compare too
"Yea, I did awesome today, I was only one second slower than Pete"

"I beat Pete by a second"
3 out of 4 runs were a DNF. My one good run (also my slowest) put me in 12th out of 21 drivers in AS.
It was also pretty cold and miserable too.
On the bright side, the event did not count toward season points.

[QUOTE=TubeDriver,Mar 27 2006, 11:30 AM] Well, if you had been at the SCCA event on Sunday you could be saying:
"I beat Pete by a second"
3 out of 4 runs were a DNF.

i beat pete by 4.384 seconds!
it was terribly cold but being a 2 driver car really helped get heat into the tires. glad to see you (pete) and francois at the event finally. i believe there was one other s2000 owner new to the fed ex events, steven i believe. now lets see what happens when points and trophies are on the line. i am sure it will be much closer.
