Default car is missing under full throttle

Left class last night and one my way home a buddy of mine with a SER Spec-V pulled up behind me. After getting a red light we took off. I ran 1st all the way out hit 2nd and about half way through 2nd it popped. Then i shifted into 3rd gettin back into it did it agian. But the car idles fine and when i am not in it is fine. So last night I made some calls and herd spark plugs, coils, and bad gas. I am thinking that bad gas might be the problem. I replaced my spark plugs less than 4 months ago with NGK's. But i still am not to sure just looking for a little help

Check your plugs. Same thing happened to me after I switched plugs, turned out that the plugs were damaged due to over tightening. Did you use a torque wrench when you installed the plugs? Honda only recommends 19-20ft/lbs I believe.

I had a the same problem, i chaged the map sensor, cleaned the terminals on the connector and put a tie wrap around the sensor and connector to keep them secure. For good messure i did an injecter service and throttle body cleaning. car has been running fine ever since.

Brook you do appreciate the S2000's need to come to full temp prior to full throttle, right? I'm not posting this reply to imply otherwise. Its simply that your first sentence leaves to my imagination the possiblity that you "just" got out of class...and the car had not warmed up properly yet.

Possible?
