Car Club Corrals at the Baltimore Grand Prix
The Baltimore Grand Prix has been receiving many phone calls and emails regarding the possibility of car club packages and corrals. To set everyone at ease, there will be car corrals! If you’re already a car club member, you’re aware of some of the benefits a club can offer. Here are a few more:
* premier parking in a dedicated car club corral
* excellent location right on the track between turns 8 and 9
* directly adjacent to the American Le Mans Series Paddock!
* dedicated Car Club Grandstand located between turns 10 and 12
* various available hospitality options
* available tech, driver, team and manufacturer sessions
* on-track Parade laps!
There will be additional benefits that attending the Baltimore Grand Prix with your car club will offer, the above are just to name a few. We’re putting together 2-day and 3-day packages that will be made available to clubs in the very near future both for drivers and passengers. If you enjoy the comradery being apart of a club offers, and want to amplify the Baltimore Grand Prix experience by showcasing your club, this will be a great option for you!
We’re hoping to generate interest and participation from, at least, the clubs representing those manufacturers racing in the American Le Mans Series: Porsche, Corvette, BMW, Ferrari, Ford, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Mazda, Acura and new for 2011, Lamborghini!
We’re doing everything we can to accommodate everyone but unfortunately, car corral space is limited, highly valued and on a first-come-first-serve basis. So stay in touch with your local chapter, check back here from time to time or keep an eye on the website to stay informed!!

Damn. Sounds cool. Wonder what they'll end up charging? I already bought my tickets, too so hopefully admission will be not be packaged with the price.

The wife and I made hotel reservations last night for the race using her Marriott points for 4 nights.
If plans fall through, no harm . At least we have a room reserved for now.

If plans fall through I'll take your room. Right now I am planning on driving up every day but it'd a much better to stay local.

I am wondering if this event will actually take place and if it does, will it ever take place a second time? I went to the AMLS race in Washington a few years ago that was suppose to be a ten year deal that only happened once. Apparently the powers that be that put the deal together did not take into consideration that race cars make noise.
