I just realized this, unless Skip ran a sub 124.6 lap in the second shortened TT session, Cale won Sunday's TTC division and was also the season NASA Mid Atlantic TTC #1. Congratulations Cale.

I've only been on a couple of events with Cale(Local meet and WTD) but it didn't take long for you to get to know him and realize that he is one of the Rare people you meet in life that everyone likes and enjoys being around.
Does anyone know if the Mid Atlantic Organizers are planning something on his behalf.... Flowers, family assistance etc. If so, please contact me, I would like to help!!

I really don't know what to say. I'm still in shock. I just talked to him Saturday night after he sent me a text message about his lap time in TTC. He was so excited and happy.
What's important is that Cale was doing something that he loved when this happened. Let's try to remember Cale for the good person he was and his love of flying, racing and his friends and family. I think Cale would want it that way.
My prayers and thoughts go out to Cale and his family. This is like a bad dream. I hope I wake up from it.
