Thanks guys. S-Factor is a perfectionist and a cool dude. He's constantly inventing unique, one-off things for his S2K, then selling them when he moves on.

I took off the bumper tonight and trimmed off 4" of "styrofoam" on each side of the license plates grills. I then painted the metal beam beneath it a glossy black. The white contrast behind the license plate grills were driving me nuts. Worked as a fashion photographer for many years and can't stand things that diverts attention from the main subject.

Btw, Honda didn't skimp on details. Our "styrofoam" bumpers are not your ordinary 7-11 cooler type. They are much denser and wrapped around a special ABS plastic enclosure with a special rubber gasket. Tough to cut through but the results are worth it.

I'd love to see what you did with the foam. Those things are expensive! lol
