Hi,

I live in Bethesda, MD 20817. The Ourisman dealership is a 5 min. drive from my place, which is convienent. Anyone know what they are selling S2Ks for these days? What other dealers in the area are really good and have a reasonable price? I guess I would want a place w/ good service too. Thanks

Best price in the area I was able to get was at Pohanka (in Marlow Heights).

I don't use them for service though ...

i am not sure which dealer to get the best price... but dont get it unless its mrsp or less... i got my 02' spa yellow at woodbridge va. for msrp... if you want i can take you there...

Even though Herson's service department is losing their reputation as days go by (doubt if there is any left ; my purchase experience with Herson's was good. (3rd Honda from the same guy) Purchased at MSRP + 70,000 miles extended warranty for .... roughly 34G outta door.

If you dont mind the drive, Williamsburg Honda sold a couple S2000s under MSRP. I think VA S2k got his new 02 Spa there.

I bought my 2000 S2000 at Pohanka Honda (Marlow Heights). Paid $34,500 almost 2 years ago..............don't know what they are selling for now.......hopefully sticker or less. I would recommend them based on my experience, even though I paid more. Also I heard Pohanka in Salisburg MD sells for MSRP.

Just traded my 00 S2K for an 02 model at Williamsburg Honda. Paid $31,500 including the titanium shift knob. Overall, the experience was very good. I live in Bethesda too, and bought mine from Ourisman. They wanted 4500 over MSRP when I walked in. I haggled them down to MSRP, got them to give me $1000 over blue book on my trade in, a discontinued Olds Cutlass, plus got them to throw in an alarm. Do not pay over sticker, whatever you do. Shop around, and if you can walk in with a pre approved credit, it'll give you more power. Good luck.

Spring of 2001 ... they were the first dealer in the area I was able to get msrp at ... didn't try to get under.

Fed: Did you find your experience @ Ourisman Honda Bethesda good? One guy named Richard was really nice, I went in by myself (I'm 16 years old) to look at the car and winded up getting a test "ride". I guess he really wanted to sell it to me. He got all the guys to move the other cars in the tiny showroom, and took the car out!
