Anyone have a program for taking a JPG photo of my car and making it an avatar?

Or, could someone post instructions for taking a 640x480 photo and converting it to 100x100 to use as avatar?

Next time your up here, I can take a photo and then Airgate or many other members have the needed tools to reduce the picture to fit...

you can take the image you have, open it in microsoft paint, which most PC's should have, then choose "stretch/skew" from the image menu. then just scale the photo down by percentage to get the size you want, . . .keep in mind to scale both the horizontal and vertical the same so you do not distort the picture. if your image is truely 640x480, scale the width and height by 15% to get 96x72 .,. . this is a fairly simple way to accomplish what you want
