This ain't my *normal* cup o' tea...but then again, I'm always up for anything. My mechanic plays pipes...and damned well. He pointed out to me that the weekend of May 17th is offering a Celtic Festival in Hanover County.

As much as I consider myself hip to the sounds of hard rock and such, fact is, I've always enjoyed the soundtracks (and the stories themselves) from movies such as Braveheart and Rob Roy. I'm thinking about going to this Saturday...but not sure just how much time I'll spend there. If I had my druthers, I'd suspect I'd like to go over there around 3 or 4pm & just spend the rest of the day (ends at 9pm) checking things out...

Any takers??? This is up in Ashland so I reckon we could work up a decent ride on some back roads to get to the festival...

sorry i wasn't able to respond to pm's. my computer was down over the weekend.

if anyone wan't to get together on saturday afternoon, the local greek church in my area is having their annual greek festival. a great chance to sample authentic greek food.

Hey there ricosuave. Thanks for the reply and the invite. Just was looking to do something a little different. Hit some road, maybe. Finally did the vtech thingie for the first time on Sunday and Wow! I had no idea what I had at my disposal! NICE!!! Luvd it!
