Anyone know any good DMV/Insurance Websites?
My insurance recently sent me a notice that if I dont change plans that I will be kicked out for my recent infractions.
But the thing is, my infractions occurred in 12/2001. Isnt there a certain time limit that these insurance companies can do this? I know that some insurance dont get the notice until a year or so later or whatever. I want to know all the facts so I can go to my insurance and demand some provisions from them.

As I recall, but things may have changed from my many infraction days
The DMV keeps your tickets for 3 years, but Ins cos for 5. The good news is they are from the date of the infraction, not from the court date.
In the past if you could postpone a court date a few times you could sometimes have a ticket fall off before another was added.
I think the computers are better today. You may be hosed..

The VA DMV site is http://www.dmvnow.com
Most insurance companies keep infractions on your "record" for three years while states vary. Maryland always apply points for two years while you'll find that some VA infractions will stick around on your license for up to 11 years.
