yea i remember that dude, from the pics of his car, he came down from maryland with some whitekid and was talkin about how long his drive was..

i say u go look for him.. BUT i dont think you are ever gonna get your money back, unless you try to get police involved. Also, it wasnt the smartest move trusting someone to pay who u just met, like others have said, you should have gave him one seat untill he gets the other half of the money.

I got his name from the plates and found him on face book and have just messaged him. Hopefully he will return a message or shoot me a call so I can get this problem solved without getting anyone in legal trouble.

I really think you should go the legal route...

 

I hope it all works out and you're able to get the rest of your money. However, I think you should still report it to the cops regardless. The kid will probably do this again to somebody else, unless he gets into some kind of trouble for it.... That might not even stop him from doing it again, but at least it will make him think twice about it...
