Yea I would have to agree you need to file a report and get the money that was agreed upon. Forget about getting him in legal trouble he made that choice now he needs to face the consequences for making that decision. Get your money!

 

not trying to knock where he's from (Frederick) but they don't learn them real good up there... Reading through his old posts confirms that.

You may want to get in touch with the Admins also to let them know what's going on. I shows that his account was deleted by user request. They may be able to find out if he has created another account.
