Yeah my friends have also helped me with the legal info of it and are confident that I would get my money back but to be honest I dont want to get anyone in legal trouble, I just would like things to be fair. I gave him the seats and he should honor our agreement and pay the full price. What makes the matter worse to me is the only reason I accepted half the payment was because I wanted to help him not have to wait and I thought I was doing a nice favor for him.
