Ok.. Ok.. I think that everyone has contributed their 2 cents now so, how about we all back off a bit so that the buyer and seller can work things out? I know we take things off-topic at a staggering rate, but I think it would be beneficial for both parties of this transaction to focus on the money and the seats. Know what I mean?
