Thank you! Thank you!

I always try to have fun when I am at work. It's Herson's in Rockville. 5 minutes away from my apartment. It's even closer than my last job.

You made the right move going with Honda over MB. Up until 5 years ago MB was a great brand to work for, but their sales have dropped with Chrysler's junk ups and quality control has changed. The future of the auto business is Asian with a few European brands keeping a decent spot - not Mercedes with the way they look now.

I'm not going to dive into that MB training program, but that right there is another reason why MB is not done with its downward spiral. Good luck at Honda - the key to success at Honda is stability: the longer you're there the more customers you'll have. Honda buyers are mostly loyal people who will keep coming back to you. My first year in our Honda showroom I didn't make a ton of money, but that started to change in my second year

Congrats on the job! Yea just be yourself and don't be so up tight.

I know someone working at a local Honda dealership here. Cuz on his personality, he sells ~45 cars a month. The salesman who I bought the s2k from got let go cuz he sold less than 10 cars/month in his first 3 months.

Anyways...good luck!

Sometimes you do get kids buying s2k! I look 12 and 2/3 dealership i went to didn't let me test drive. Landmark Honda did and i bought the car there.(i'm 26)

Yep. I bought my S2K brand new when I was 26 also. I didn't even intend to buy that day, but they let me test drive it w/ my friend (no dealer rep with us) and next thing you knew, I took it home.
