If they won't ship it to you, get it back and tell the credit card company to reverse the charge.

 

Update, finally got the intake back yesterday. They only polished the bottom half of it. Im really pissed off at this place and all ready called the credit card company to reverse the charges. Is there anyone local who can finish the job for me?

 

Define local... I've been working on mine, just waiting for some sanding materials to come in. Send some pics my way of what they've done so far and we can work out a price to finish it off.
