Great weekend! Lousy Subaru with no camber = slow. I'm just spoiled by the S2000/r-comp turn-in, the STI needs classic slow-in/fast out but I'm used to fast-in/fast-out. It's actually a great car, you can throw it around and it forgives all your mistakes.

Congrats John for 3rd place and your rookie race with the fender ding. What tires were you using again?

Good hanging out with you all, thanks keith for the drive in your little, red, Italian, spec Miata!

I'm getting a dedicated track car, the final straw with getting attcaked by a huge racoon at 9:00 last night as I finished swapping my pads. Long story but suffice it to say that if I had a track car I would have been sitting on my couch drinking a cold one instead of a Mexican standoff with a racoon the size of an adult German Shepard.

Attacked by a Racoon while changing brakes? That is a cool story, did you spray brake cleaner on it?

I had a garden hoe and a hose. I kept hosing it when it approuched and it would back off, stare at me and than come right at me. I though it was over after chashing/hosing it up a tree. So I start woking on the car again. Little did I know that the racoon went around the other side of my house to sneak up behind me. I looked up and it was around 10 feet behind me moving quietly right at me. Not having a the hoe or hose near me, I jumped up and ran over to my front stairs/door. We eyeballed each other (racoon still walking directly at me) till he was about 8 feet away at which point I turned to open the door and esacape. Of course my home front door was LOCKED (and my keys were in the car). At this point the racoon is about 2 feet from the bottom of the stairs and I am pounding on the door screaming at the top of my lings like a little girl. Barrie heard me and opens the door just as the raccon was starting up the steps. That racoon was like the little dead girl in The Ring, it just kept coming at me.

Of course by the time animal control arrived it was gone. it is probably waiting for me at home (or trying to tunnel into my basement).

HAHAHAHAHHAHAA.... "your move little man"

I love the part where he sneaks around the house.... WOW!

Alright, heres a couple of my pics... I would have landed but the runway (which is just off the final turn to the front straight at shenendoah) but its not completed yet... its just one 3000 foot dirt pile. I want to win the lotto and build a house there though

Shenedoah curcuit...

That could have been a Rabid Racoon.

Pete, that is freakin' hilarious!

Cool pics, Cale. You can't get an idea of the elevation changes, but it would definitely give some an idea of the course!

Those are great photos Cale, good eyes finding our cars, I never noticed any planes flying around.

Did take the pics while flying one handed?

You should have strafed us
