Timing beacon for a "hot lapper"? Just take yours.....or don't you have one?

I found that about 25% of the time someone would have one..... then the days that i would set mine up 3-4 of us would have them and screw up everything.

good question. I wouldn't see why they would have a problem with one. I obviously had a rollcage under mine and JFO had a rollbar under his, but I don't see why that would be an issue for you.

It should make you slower due to extra weight up high.

I have one I just never had to use it. I can set the minimum lap for something less then I could ever run, that should help false readings. What lap times do you run Scot?

I guess I can put the sensor in the drivers side and setup the Beacon at the Start Finish line.

You need an external rollbar for NASA events.

I'm getting a TraqMate datalogger system but I won't have it by this weekend.

So what I have is fine then?

A stock S2000 will not be ok?

I was looking at the Traqmate but it's $$ but very cool

My low tech lap timer should work for now.
