Anybody got the hook up with USCIS??? I turned in my I 130 for my alien wife 11 months ago. No word... Everything is just pending as of now.
I thought being in the Military would help, but that hasn't be a factor at all.
I even got a lawyer to process
I seen people left and right get processed through when I was overseas.
I called them (USCIS) up and they said the process center (Vermont) is backed up...
If anybody can help me please let me know!!!

Most members of Congress have "constituent service" personnel on their staff. It sounds like yours is the kind of story that they would jump on: helping a member of our military with a bureaucratic screwup. You've got little to lose by contacting your congressman's office.
