Any open Auto-X event that I could sign up for?
While my S2000 is still not in racing shape, I got another one and want to hit up some auto-x events.
I went to capital driving club but the registration is already closed for the club.
I also have a friend with a BMW 335 and for his bday i want to register him for an event.
Anyone have any suggestions?
thanks.

Just keep an eye on the CDC page. The next event isn't even open to the public yet (opens 8 days before), but when it does it will fill up quick. Members can bring a guest, so if you're buddies with anyone who is a member you should cash in a favor. ;-)

The next CDC event is in the Bowie Baysox Stadium too which isn't too terribly far for someone in Baltimore. CDC is a good place to AutoX, especially if its your first autox everyone is very friendly and its a nice laid back atmosphere.

I used to be a member 2 years ago, but would really like to become a member again. I understand that there will be no more member accepted for this year and just wanted to find out if there would be any auto-x's that would be open to everyone.

Yup.
I've been doing a lot of stuff to mine and its becoming less of a daily driver, and I would still like to take quiet and calm drives through the country side in a stock car without worrying about anything.
