most places cant... they computer will only let them do it to the factory specs. Or they dont know how... havnt figured it out yet. there is only one place in hagerstown that has been able to do my alignments
UK specs are at the top of the scale of tolerances. So anyone should be able to hit those numbers, however most places wont do it.

Ultimate aligned my car last year but they are rather expensive for a custom alignment ($180)

P-Tuning in Manassas is a CDC (autox) sponsor and offers their alignment (with weight bags in the driver's seat) for $120.

Sorry Naveed, I don't know VA. I just know that up near Columbia people call Ellicott City Columbia and vice versa sometimes. So I thought maybe...
