Well there is good news and bad.

First the Bad.
1. The disks are a big block of rust, every surface.
2. I will have to take these disks off again.

The Good news.
1. It looks like the disks are not supposed to rust at all (none of the surfaces per EBC (the maker) other than the swept surface). I called RM and they were very helpful, they said that EBC had sent a small batch out "without any plating", looks like I got a set.
2. EBC will drop ship me a new set tomorrow and send a call tag for the disks I have.

Oh well stuff happens.
